Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is now up and running! To get started, sign up here and click on the right side of the screen where it says "Create an Account." If you already have an active account, log in on the left side of the screen where it says "Log into your account."

You can access the portal directly through the "Patient Portal" link on the side menu of our website.
Note: The patient portal currently supports only Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
Common Issues:
- I forgot my password/username.
On the log in screen, underneath the password and username input boxes are the links "Forgot Your User ID?" and "Forgot Your Password?" Clicking these links will help you retrieve your login information. - Buttons and pages are unresponsive
Currently, the developers of the patient portal, Intuit, only support the browsers Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Certain functions of the portal do not work in other browsers such as Chrome, Opera, or Safari. Click here for more information about web browsers.
