New Late Policy
Effective August 1, 2011 our new late policy for appointments will be as follows:
If a patient is 15 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment, they will be acknowledged as a "no show" for their appointment and will be asked to reschedule for a later time. The next appointment time scheduled is at the discretion of the office.
Announcing the Patient Centered Medical Home
We are excited to announce that we are participating with the Maryland Multi-Payer Patient Centered Medical Home Program (PCMH). The PCMH is an innovative, team-based approach to providing health care services. A partnership develops between the patient, his or her primary clinician, and a health care team.
